Super Aliv Pro as the name suggests is a cereal that is made with “aliv in marathi or halim seeds in hindi and watercress/ gardencress in english” These seeds are a super food that are not only high in protein but also rich in folate, zinc, iron, antioxidants and Omega-3. Consumption of Aliv aids improvement of haemoglobin levels, regulates menstruation and boosts immunity! These are small cereal cubes that can be had as it is or with cereal or yogurt.
